SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and Processing
- All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of order, and will be provided to the shipping carrier within 3 - 4 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guaranteed or promised. Orders are shipped on Monday-Friday, excluding federal and national holidays.
- When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination.
Once we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number, however please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
You'll receive an email notification once we create a label but your tracking info will not update until it's scanned and received by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please place claim with the shipping service.
- We currently ship through USPS.
- We reserve the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
USPS First Class Mail – service could take 3-7 business days for delivery
USPS Priority Mail- service could take 2-4 business days for delivery
For US Orders: Normally takes 2-7 business days
For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days.
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
Order Processing Times:
Please allow 2 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day orders (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-7 business days. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed). This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to WONSII Wraps due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. WONSII is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
WONSII Wraps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, WONSII will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
